I hate going downtown. There’s nothing to see there, the pedestrian walkways stink of automotive exhaust and fucking cigarette smoke, and people walk so slow they’re like chibis with fucking stumps for legs. Each time I go for a few hours and come home with a sore throat from all that air pollution >.< And let’s not even get started on noise pollution.
Maybe that’s why city people are so cranky – cities are just horrible places to live in.
I just got home and opened up my e-mail to find an anonymously sent message that reads thus:

So, seriously, the staff does a lot of work, much of which are things that you don’t realize go on at all. And, well, don’t insult any of them, because it’s not going to get you far, which you should know if you’ve read any of psyren’s blog posts…
I’m a bit OCD about certain things, so please, *please* remember to add keywords to your torrents and tag your OSTs. If you don’t, then I’ll hunt you down and… do some unnamed horrible thing to you. Yeah.
I don’t think I really have anything to say, but Chiya keeps bugging me, so here I am. Oh, and y’all should idle in #boxtorrents; we always need more people to troll.

We all know how irritating it is trying to communicate with people on forums who don’t type in anything recognisable by speakers of the English language.
There are people who are pleasant to deal with (or at least it’s pleasant to read their posts, even if you may not like what they’ve posted)…
… and then there’s people like this guy:

my only advice to you if u do join up is definitely get a trade out of it,ie doctor ,nurse ,tech etc.something that will stand u up if u get out early.thats the mistake i made,i cud of done pretty much anyfin but chose to b an infantry soldier,well i was 16 after all (young,dumb,and all that)

Now, what I find most amusing about this is that this guy claims to be in his 30s with a few kids. I feel quite sorry for them having such a worthless moron for a father.
For the record, I’m 19, and I can bet my bottom dollar that I’m far less childish than him.
Following his forum ban, I decided to check his tracker profile just to see if his failure extended beyond use of the English language.
It did.
Insulting staff on a forum is an express ticket to ‘Get fucked and never come back’ on the forum side of things, but having a 0.2 ratio at the time of your ticket being issued means a ‘Fuck off and die’ holiday package will most likely be included.

Well I have a competition coming up in 2 weeks (in a non disclosed sport in a non disclosed country!) and I’ve been asked to make the music. Now most people who do this have lots of voice overs and cool sound effects to add in. I however don’t… so I guess I’m requesting this from you guys!
Basically…. I want someone with a cool voice to say “Aviator TigerSharks”. A strong American accent is ideal, male or female is fine, but definitely needs attitude and happiness (if that makes sense!) Any takers?? Feel free to upload attempts to some random storage site liek box.net etc and give a little linky here 😉 if you do i may disclose the sport and even put up a video of the comp the voice-over is used in!

Whoever came up with that stop-start slow-mo effect and thought it was a good idea should be beheaded.

Hi! It’s my first blog post, and I think I’ll start off with some irc fun.
I was on Rizon last night. I forget what I was looking for, but I did an @find trigger for a file. About 3 seconds later, I get pinged/time/version checked/fingered by someone. I check to see if he’s an op and he’s just a normal user. So I query him and this convo sparked from it. Warning: This is a long blog post and log.
